All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds, except in cases where an item arrives damaged or has a verified manufacturing defect.

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 10 days of receiving your order. Your claim must include clear photos of the item and its original packaging.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will offer a replacement for the defective item. 

We do not issue monetary refunds under any circumstances.
