✔️ VF Fitness cards is a collection of plastic cards with formulas of the best workouts from the First Champion of the First World Championship in 1993, the First European Champion of the First European Kettlebell Championship in 1992, Multiple Winner of International Competitions, Multiple World Record Holder, World Kettlebell Ambassador, USA National Team Kettlebell Coach, the first who brought kettlebells to the U.S. on the professional level - Valery Fedorenko.
✔️ VF fitness cards include 156 the most effective workouts with kettlebells to develop strength endurance, as well as strength and endurance separately, to improve joint mobility and physical preparedness, as well as to lose excess weight.
✔️ The set consists of three decks: “silver”, “gold”, “diamond” (162 cards).
Each deck consists of 54 cards:
- 52 main cards with different variations of the best workouts, with a personal signature and logo;
- auxiliary cards with rules, disclaimer and QR code. Scan the QR code with a smartphone or tablet to watch a video demonstration of the exercises.

✔️ How to use VF fitness cards:
1. Select one of the three decks you will play;
2. Draw one card with a workout from the deck;
3. Carefully examine instructions and recommendations for the drawn workout on Valery Fedorenko's video. Scan the QR code with a smartphone or tablet to watch a video demonstration of the exercises;
4. Choose the right weight of a kettlebell for the workout (always start with lighter weights!);
5. Do a warm-up before you start the workout (see an example of a warm-up in the video description);
6. Do your workout exactly as written on the card;
7. If you choose the correct weight of the kettlebell and manage to complete the task - you'll win!
If you failed to complete the task - you chose the wrong weight for your kettlebell! Use a lighter one.
If you find the task too easy - use a heavier kettlebell.
